We proudly offer free shipping on all orders totaling over $150 before tax. Qualifying orders will see this shipping option displayed at checkout. 

For all orders under $150, we charge a flat rate price of $7 for shipping.

Returns

 

 

 

Due to the delicate, hand-crafted nature of our products, we do not currently accept returns on our merchandise. 

If your order is delivered with an item that is damaged, missing, or otherwise does not meet the quality and standards of Alchemist Candle Studio, please reach out to us right away so that we can help! 

Delivery issues must be reported to us within 72 hours after an order has been marked as "delivered" by its associated tracking. Failure to contact us within this time frame compromises our ability to assist.
